•	We will issue a draft booking confirmation for your approval.
•	You should make any changes and return this document to us with the signed Terms and Conditions.
•	We will amend the document as required and send a copy to the venue/suppliers and one to you.

Notes

•	We will arrange any venue inspection visits.
•	Once confirmation has been sent, you may deal with the venue direct for any changes and further information.
•	Any venue/supplier contracts will be sent to you for approval.
•	You should settle any invoices on departure or after the event.
